Check the slag and adjust the flow regulating valve in front of the grid to ensure the uniform distribution of the flow through the grid. At the same time, the number of grids put into operation is used to control the grid flow rate within the required range. When it is found that the grid flow is too high, it is appropriate to increase the number of grids put into operation. When it is found that the grid flow rate is too low, it is appropriate to reduce the number of grids put into operation.
With the extension of operation time, sand may accumulate in the channel in front of and behind the grid, so it is necessary to regularly check and clean the sand, analyze the causes of sand accumulation, and timely repair if it is the cause of rough channel.
Regularly measure the amount of grid slag every day to find out when the amount of slag is large in a day, a month or a year, so as to improve the operation efficiency. Judge whether the grid operates normally by the change of grid slag.
The grid residue often contains a lot of vegetable leaves, volatile oils and other organic substances, which can produce peculiar smell after accumulation. Therefore, the grid residue should be cleaned and transported in time, and the ventilation between grids should be maintained frequently.
The garbage on the fine screen in front of the pool shall be removed in time. The water level difference inside and outside the grid shall not exceed 20cm. In order to prevent the water level of the grid from overflowing, a water level alarm shall be set. In order to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical dirt remover, a detailed maintenance and repair plan should be formulated, and each part of the equipment should be regularly inspected and repaired, and the maintenance records should be carefully made, such as the lubrication of the bearing reducer, the chain, the tightness of the drive belt or chain, etc.
During equipment loading and unloading, the level of equipment shall be maintained, and attention shall be paid to the damage to equipment caused by loading and unloading riggings and protection shall be provided. After the equipment is hoisted in place, pay attention to adjusting the mutual position of the interface between the equipment and the foundation, the water channel and the anchor bolts. If the belt seat is to be removed due to transportation needs, it should be restored first. Pay attention to the transmission axis of the two sprockets, and install the transmission chain and chain guard. The lubrication of equipment shall be done well and the transmission (rotating) parts shall be kept in good lubrication condition. The motor, reducer, bearing and other oiling parts shall be filled with and replaced with lubricating oil, grease, and the straight through pressure oil cup of the supporting wheel shall be filled with GB491-1982 2 # calcium base grease. The chain and sprocket in the chain drive shall be filled with SY 1232-1985 68 # calcium ordinary open type lubricating oil. It is prohibited to manually clean or lubricate the equipment during operation, and it is prohibited to stay near the protective cover of the drive chain.
In case of any abnormal condition or signal during operation, stop the machine immediately and cut off the power supply for inspection. Eliminate the fault in time. Do not start the machine forcibly to prevent accidents. Regularly check the operation of the motor, reducer, etc., and timely replace the wearing parts. When the broken strand of the wire rope exceeds the specified allowable range, it shall be replaced at any time. At the same time, the overhaul and medium maintenance cycle shall be determined and the maintenance shall be carried out on time. Frequently check whether the bracket components can be moved flexibly, timely remove the foreign matters in the clip, and check whether the screws of various parts are loose.
